联合接种乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗和水痘减毒活疫苗的效果、安全性分析
[摘要]目的 探讨联合接种乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗及水痘减毒活疫苗的安全性与可行性。方法 将2016年4月～2017年8月接种疫苗的儿童180例作为研究对象，利用随机抽样原则将儿童分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，每组60例。Ⅰ组儿童采取联合接种方式：水痘减毒活疫苗+乙脑减毒活疫苗；Ⅱ组儿童仅单独接种：乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗；Ⅲ组儿童仅单独接种：水痘减毒活疫苗。结果 对儿童进行3个月随访，三组儿童在接种后的不同时间的总发热率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。在随访的3个月内，三组接种疫苗的儿童均未出现水疱疹、过敏性休克、水痘样综合征以及血管水肿等不良反应。结论 联合接种乙脑减毒活疫苗和水痘减毒活疫苗同单独接种疫苗比较，儿童的不良反应并无显著差异，联合接种疫苗的安全性较高，适合应用并推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of simultaneous inoculation of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine and live attenuated varicella vaccine. Methods A total of 180 children vaccinated from April 2016 to August 2017 were selected as study objects. The children were divided into groups Ⅰ， Ⅱ， and Ⅲ by random sampling principle， and there were 60 children in each group. Children in group Ⅰ received a combined vaccination： live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine and live attenuated varicella vaccine， while children in group Ⅱ received vaccination alone： live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine， and children in group Ⅲ received only vaccination alone： live attenuated varicella vaccine.
