探讨精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预的效果
[摘要] 目的 研究分析精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者的临床护理干预措施。 方法 根据该院2002年1月”2012年1月的50例精神分裂癥患者来进行研究分析，分成对照组和观察组，均为25例，对照组使用常规护理方式，观察组增加健康教育、饮食护理、用药指导、安全护理等等内容。 结果 两组患者基线水平空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、治疗依从性比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实施护理后观察组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白低于对照组的；治疗依从性好高于对照组的（P<0.05）。 结论 精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者临床中接受护理干预措施能够有效提升患者的治疗依从性，对患者的血糖控制效果良好，临床中可以进行推广使用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods According to the spirit of 50 cases in our hospital from January 2002 to January 2012 with schizophrenia to study and analysis， divided into the observation group and the control group， there were 25 cases， the control group used the routine nursing， the observation group health education， diet nursing， medication guidance， safety nursing etc. Results Two groups of patients with baseline levels of fasting blood glucose， postprandial blood glucose， glycosylated hemoglobin， adherence to treatment had no significant difference （P>0.05）； after the implementation of nursing observation group， fasting blood glucose， postprandial blood glucose， glycosylated hemoglobin was lower than the control group； the treatment compliance is high...
