下腔静脉滤器在骨创伤合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的临床应用
【摘要】 目的：探讨下腔静脉滤器在骨创伤合并下肢深静脉血栓患者中的临床应用价值，为临床治疗提供依据。方法：收治骨创伤合并下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）患者30例，对其临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果：30例患者在围手术期均成功置入下腔静脉滤器，结合抗凝、置管溶栓治疗，术后患侧肢体肿胀消退明显、穿刺部位及骨折部位未发现血肿。30例患者均未发生肺栓塞，安全度过围手术期。结论：针对骨创伤合并下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的患者，在围手术期置入下腔静脉滤器并结合抗凝、溶栓等治疗，可以有效降低致命性肺栓塞的发生率，提高骨创伤手术的安全性。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical application value of inferior vena cava filter in patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Method：The clinical data of 30 patients with bone trauma complicated with deep venous thrombosis（DVT） were retrospectively studied.Result：The 30 patients in the perioperative period of inferior vena cava filter placement，combined with anticoagulation，thrombolysis catheter，postoperative side limb swelling subsided significantly，puncture site and the fracture site not found hematoma.30 patients had no pulmonary embolism，safety in perioperative period.Conclusion：For bone trauma complicated with deep venous thrombosis（DVT） patients in the perioperative period of inferior vena cava filter placement combined with anticoagulation， thrombolytic therapy，can effectively reduce the incidence of fatal pulmonary embolis...
