新时代高校青年教师与“课程思政”的耦联关系研究

摘 要：通过分析新时代高校青年教师的3种特质，即'年轻“、'科研“和'时事“，促进了专业课程思政化进程，分别从课外思政化、备课思政化和授课思政化三条思政化路径，探讨对高校专业课程思政化接受度高、融合度高和新鲜度高的优势和效果。同时'三全育人“要求强化了新时代高校青年教师特征，更加快促进了'课程思政“进程。再以作者讲授的《投资学》课程思政化实施具体方法为例，总结了4种措施：传递国家意志、树立民族自信、成为一名合格的'摆渡人“;散发正能量、润物细无声、温暖课堂内外;认真备好課、知识点融合、直击学生心灵;五分钟讲坛、第一手资讯、时政动态融合。最后，提出了5点建议：开展独特的青年教师的师德师风培训;开展'课程思政“示范讲堂，组织教师前往'三全育人“示范高校进行培训;由国家教育部高位推动课程思政化评价方法的顶层设计;突出以学生为中心的思政化跟踪评价;课程思政化引入年度绩效考核工作中。

Abstract： By analyzing the three characteristics of young teachers in the new era， namely， "young"， "scientific" and "current affairs". They promote the ideological andpolitical progress of professional courses， respectively from the three paths including extracurricular， preparing and teaching. And this paper explores the ideological and political process in professional course makes the acceptance degree， fusion degree and fresh degree higher.
