植物非寄主抗性的遗传与机理研究进展
摘 要: 植物的非寄主抗性是自然界存在的最为广泛的植物对外界病原微生物所具有的抗性,是植物的免疫系统。植物非寄主抗性具有持久和广谱抗性的特点,是作物抗病育种重要的潜在抗病资源,是抗病研究的热点之一。本文就非寄主抗性的遗传研究和抗性机理研究进行了概述,并分析了植物非寄主抗性研究所面临的困难以及今后的发展前景。

Abstract Non-host resistance is the most common form of disease resistance exhibited by plant against the majority of pathogens of other species. The durable and broad-spectrum defense of non-host resistance suggests that non-host resistance in plant should be the important resource for crop disease-resistant breeding and the research hotspot of disease resistance. This review focused on genetic research and resistant mechanism of plant non-host resistance. The difficulty and future prospect of non-host resistance study were analyzed, too.
