浅谈珠宝高等教育与珠宝证书培训之间的关系
摘 要：珠宝高等教育和珠宝证书培训是珠宝行业就业的敲门砖，是为珠宝行业输送人才的两大途径。但在高等院校中，学历教育应为根本，珠宝职业证书培训应为补充，过分强调任何一方，都不利于人才的培训。文章从技能训练、市场需求和学习热情三个方面阐述了珠宝证书培训对学历教学的裨益，同时从珠宝证书培训应注意事项方面，指出学历教育与珠宝证书培训之间的关系，旨在说明珠宝学历教育与珠宝职业培训之间应相互渗透和衔接。

Abstract： Jewelry higher education and jewelry certificate training are the stepping stone of jewelry industry employment and the two ways to train talents for jewelry industry. However， in colleges and universities， academic education should be fundamental， and jewelry professional certificate training should be supplemented. Over-emphasis on either side is not conducive to the training of talents. The article expounds the benefits of jewelry certificate training for academic teaching from three aspects： skill training， market demand and learning enthusiasm. At the same time， from the aspects of jewelry certificate training， it points out the relationship between academic education and jewelry certificate training. Academic education and jewelry vocational training should be mutually infiltrated and connected.
