确保铁路运输安全平稳有序

　　近日，铁道部党组书记、部长盛光祖到铁道部调度指挥中心，检查指导调度指挥和运输组织工作，亲切看望运输指挥一线的工作人员。盛光祖强调，全路调度人员要贯彻落实铁道部党组统一部署，始终保持良好的精神状态，认真履行岗位职责，确保铁路运输安全平稳有序，向党和人民交上一份满意的答卷。
　　盛光祖指出，铁道部调度指挥中心是全路的神经中枢，是指挥全路安全生产的司令部，是确保全路安全生产和提高运输效率的核心部门。列车的正常运行是其他工作正常进行的基础，是高质量高效率完成运输任务的保障。调度指挥系统的高效运转，对铁路运输安全和生产经营具有极其重要的作用，广大调度员作为运输生产的指挥员，岗位关键，职责神圣，使命光荣。
　　盛光祖要求，全路要把确保安全持续稳定作为各项工作重中之重，在此基础上，进一步提高运输效率和质量，为铁路改革发展提供强有力保障。
　　
　　In the past few days, Sheng Guangzu , the party secretary of the Ministry of Railways(MOR) cameto the Ministry of Railways dispatch center, inspected and guided the work of dispatching transportation command and transportation organizations, met the staff who works on cordial line.
　　Sheng Guangzu stressed that the whole railway dispatchers must implement the unified arrangements of the Ministry of Railways, and always maintain a good spirit, earnestly fulfill their duties to ensure the safety of railway transportation smooth and orderly, turn in a satisfactory reportto the party and the people.
　　Sheng Guangzu pointed out that the Ministry of Railways dispatch center is the nerve center of the whole railway, is the headquarters of railway which command the railway safety and production, is the core departments.to ensure the safety and improve the transport efficiency of the whole railway.
　　The normal operation of the train is the normal basis of other work , is also the protection of complete transportation tasks in high quality and efficient. the efficient functioning of Traffic Control System has an important role for the railway transport safety and production management.
　　The majority of the dispatcher ,ascommanders of safety and production, has the key positions, sacred duties, glorious mission.
