利用长江中下游地区冬闲田发展小麦和大麦生产的关键技术
摘要：长江中下游地区是中国小麦（Triticum aestivum L.）和大麦（Hordeum vulgare L.）的重要产区，利用冬闲田种植小麦和大麦可以提高粮食产能，保障粮食安全。近年来，随着农村劳动力成本的增加，冬闲田面积有大幅增加的趋势。针对该区域冬闲田存在的主要原因，提出了机械条播、少免耕和秸秆还田等利用冬闲田的关键技术，同时也提出了实行土地制度创新、增强农田基本水利建设、提高机械化生产水平及加强配套栽培技术研究等政策和技术建议。

Abstract： According to the mainly exsisting reasons of winter fallow fields， the technologies of mechanical drilling， minimum-tillage and straw returning were proposed. Some policies and technical advices including innovating land system， reinforcing irrigation construction of fundamental farmland， heightening mechanization production level， strengthening cultivation technology mached were put forward.
