固肾安胎丸结合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床研究

[摘要] 目的 研究固肾安胎丸结合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法 回顾性研究该院2015年8月”2016年6月早期先兆流产90例患者。随机分为2组：治疗组54例，采用固肾安胎丸及黄体酮治疗；对照组36例，采用黄体酮治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组临床总有效率高达90.74%，对照组为75.00%（P<0.05）；治疗组与对照组治疗后血清孕酮均有显著性上升，2组前后比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），说明两种治疗方案均可有效改善机体血清孕酮值。结论 固肾安胎丸结合黄体酮治疗早期先兆流产安全有效。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gushen Antai pills combined with progesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods Retrospective study of 06 cases of Early Threatened Abortion in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2016. Were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group of 54 cases with Gushen Antai pills and progesterone therapy； 36 cases in control group were treated with progesterone. Compare the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group reached 90.74%，75.00% in the control group （P<0.05）； the treatment group and control group after treatment， serum progesterone increased significantly， 2 groups were statistically significant （P<0.05）...
