浅谈病原微生物实验室生物安全管理工作中风险评估的作用

[摘要] 风险评估属于一个过程，一个对于病原微生物实验室至关重要的过程，这个过程主要是对造成人暴露于病原微生物的行为、污染材料的危害、潜在病原微生物的鉴定等相关内容进行评估。在确定生物安全防护等级和评估风险的过程中，需要对实验室过程中可能会引发的危害以及病原微生物危害性进行充分考虑。除此之外，还要将实验室人员的安全知识掌握程度、工作习惯、安全知识培训、风险控制能力等纳入到考虑范围中来。该研究主要针对病原微生物的不同特性和实验过程中可能造成的危害进行分析、评估，以此来促使病原微生物实验工作人员对实验室活动过程中所面临的危害和风险有更明确的认识。充分发挥风险评估工作的作用，提高实验室工作人员对所面临风险的重视程度。

[Abstract] The risk evaluation is a course， vital to the pathogenic microorganism laboratory， which mainly evaluate the harm of contaminated materials and identification of potential microorganism， when determining the biology safety prevention level and risk evaluation， we need to fully consider the potential risks and harm of microorganism， besides， we also should take the mastery degree of safety knowledge of laboratory staff， work habits， safety knowledge training and risk control ability. The research mainly analyzes and evaluates the different properties of microorganism and potential harm in the laboratory course to promote the work staff to have a clearer recognition of the harm and risk thus fully giving play to the risk evaluation role...
