中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白在肺癌性胸腔积液的变化情况
【摘要】 目的 探讨中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白（NGAL）在肺癌性胸腔积液的变化情况， 分析其对恶性胸腔积液的诊断价值。方法 64例肺癌伴胸腔积液患者作为肺癌组， 60例良性胸腔积液患者作为良性组。比较两组胸腔积液中NGAL水平及肺癌组不同病理特征肺癌患者胸腔积液NGAL水平的差异。结果 肺癌组患者胸腔积液NGAL水平（61.84±10.59）ng/ml高于良性组患者的（48.32±
8.11）ng/ml， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。胸腔积液NGAL水平与肺癌病理类型无关（P>0.05）；肿瘤直径越大， 淋巴结转移越多， 分化程度越低的患者， 其胸腔积液中NGAL水平越高， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肺癌性胸腔积液中NGAL水平显著高于良性胸腔积液， 并且其水平与肿瘤大小、分化程度及淋巴结转移情况相关， 可作为恶性胸腔积液的判断指标， 并用于评价肺癌恶性程度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL） in pleural effusion of lung cancer， and analyze its diagnostic value for malignant pleural effusion. Methods There were 64 patients with lung benign and pleural effusion as lung cancer group， and 60 patients with with benign pleural effusion as benign group. Comparison were made on NGAL level in pleural effusion between two groups and difference of NGAL levels in pleural effusion of lung cancer patients with different pathological features. Results The lung cancer group had higher NGAL level in pleural effusion as （61.84±10.59） ng/ml than （48.32±8.11） ng/ml in the benign group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）.
