活血止痛方中药熏洗治疗产后腰痛的效果观察

【摘要】 目的：观察活血止痛方中药熏洗治疗产后腰痛的临床效果。方法：70例产后腰痛患者随机分为两组，治疗组（自制中药熏洗并口服中药组）和中药组（单纯口服中药组），每组35例，均治疗一个疗程，观察并比较治疗前后患者症状变化及疼痛缓解程度。结果：治疗一个疗程后，治疗组疗效显著优于中药组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：活血止痛方熏洗治疗产后腰痛显效快，可明显改善患者症状，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect observation on the treatment of postpartum lumbago by Activating blood analgesia prescription.Method：70 patients with postpartum lumbago were randomly divided into two groups，the treatment group（self made Chinese herbal fumigation and oral traditional Chinese medicine group）and the traditional Chinese medicine group（simple oral Chinese medicine group），35 cases in each group，they were treated for a course of treatment，before and after treatment，the symptom change and the degree of pain relief were observed and compared.Result：After a course of treatment，the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the traditional chinese medicine group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Activating blood analgesia prescription fumigation treatment of postpartum lumbago significantly faster， significantly improve the symptoms of patients， it is worthy of clinical application.
