刍议某院门诊处方中质子泵抑制剂使用情况分析

[摘要]目的 探讨医院门诊处方中质子泵抑制剂使用情况。 方法 调出2014年1月”2015年1月该地某医院门诊每周首天的所有电子处方，对其中使用质子泵抑制剂（PPI）处方进行分析。 结果 调查分析发现，PPIs类药物处方中不合理处方共（201张），比例为5.6%，其中不合理情况包括临床诊断与药品说明书中适应症不符、重复用药、不合理联用、疗程使用不当等。结论 该院门诊处方中PPI药物使用基本合理，但是依然存在一些问题，建议门诊医生严格参照药品说明书中进行给药，药学部、医务科和质控办需动态监测医院PPI药物的使用情况，确保患者用药安全。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the rational use of proton pump inhibitors in hospital outpatient prescriptions. Methods All electronic prescriptions of a local hospital outpatient service were transferred to a hospital in January 2014 ～2015 in January， and the use of proton pump inhibitor （PPI） was analyzed. Results The showed that there were no reasonable prescriptions in the prescription of PPIs drugs （201）， the proportion was 5.6%. The ueasonable conditions included the clinical diagnosis and drug instruction in the indications， repeat medication， ueasonable combination， use of inappropriate treatment， etc. Conclusion The use of PPI in the hospital outpatient prescription is reasonable， but there is still a certain degree of ueasonable phenomenon， it is recommended that the outpatient doctors strictly according to the drug instruction， pharmacy， medical science and quality control office to monitor the use of PPI drugs， to ensure the safety of patients.
