基于株洲动力产业群的现代服务业发展问题研究
摘 要：目前株洲动力产业群已经成为株洲经济增长的重要支柱，但是由于传统观念的影响，导致株洲现代服务业发展严重滞后，已经难以适应动力产业群发展的需要。文章首先分析近年株洲现代服务业的发展现状与存在的问题，然后分析了其中的问题产生的原因，最后提出了如何有效改进株洲现代服务业，增强动力产业群配套能力的解决思路与策略。

Abstract： At present， power industry cluster of Zhuzhou has become an important pillar of Zhuahou"s economic growth. However， due to the influence of the traditional idea， the modern service industry of Zhuzhou has become a serious lag of development， which has been difficult to adapt to the need of development of power industry cluster. In this article， we first analyzed the current situation and the problems of the development of modern service industry in Zhuzhou， and then analyzed the causes of the problems， and finally put forward the solution ideas and strategy how to improve the modern service industry of Zhuzhou and enhanced the supporting ability of power industry group.

1 基于株洲动力产业群的现代服务业发展现状
1.1 株洲动力产业群的构成
株洲高新区是湖南唯一的国家创新型特色园区，聚集了轨道交通、通用航空、新能源汽车三大动力产业集群。2013年9月'打造中国动力谷””株洲高新区创新驱动发展战略十年行动方案“通过了国家科技部、中科院、湖南省科技厅等方面专家组的论证，标志着株洲动力产业群正式形成。目前，株洲高新区拥有工业企业489家、高新技术企业130家、年销售收入过100亿元的企业4家、过50亿元的企业6家、10亿元的企业20家。目前株洲市提出了用十年时间着力打造以'中国轨道交通城、中南地区通用航空城、中国新能源汽车产业城“为支撑的中国动力谷的最新战略目标。
