食用菌菌渣基质化利用研究进展
摘 要 本研究就近年来国内外在食用菌菌渣特性及其基质化利用方面的研究进行了详细综述。首先介绍了菌渣基本理化性质,并与传统基质材料对比分析了其在基质化应用中的优劣;随后分类举例,详细介绍了菌渣在园艺作物、中草药和食用菌几类作物栽培中的研究进展和应用情况,分析了菌渣在几种主要作物栽培中的优势,同时涉及了菌渣在土壤改良及作用机理方面的研究;最后总括了菌渣基质化利用过程中存在的问题、主要的研究方向及理论深度等问题,并提出了具体建议,以期为食用菌菌渣的高效利用及基质育苗、栽培中问题的解决提供可靠且深入的理论依据。
