2型糖尿病综合管理中医学营养治疗的meta分析
[摘要] 目的 对糖尿病综合管理中医学营养治疗方面现有的不同干预措施进行效果评价。 方法 检索CBM、万方、CNKI数据库，选取合格的文献并从中提取相应信息。采用Cochrane系统评价方法对纳入文献进行meta分析。 结果 改良后的医学营养治疗在FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、BMI方面与传统医学营养治疗之间差异有统计学意义，且研究效果更倾向于干预组。 结论 与传统模式相比，改良后的医学营养治疗措施对2型糖尿病的控制有更显著的积极影响，具有临床推广意义。

Meta Analysis of Medical Nutrition Treatment in the Type 2 Diabetes Comprehensive Management

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of different intervention measures in the medical nutrition treatment in the type 2 diabetes comprehensive management. Methods CBM， Wanfang and CNKI database were retrieved， and the qualified literatures were selected and the corresponding information was extracted and the included literature was given the meta analysis by the Cochrane system evaluation method. Results There were statistical differences in the FPG， 2 hPG， HbA1c， TC， TG and BMI between the medical nutrition treatment after modification and traditional medical nutrition treatment， and the research effect in the intervention group was better. Conclusion The medical nutrition treatment measures after modification has a more obvious positive effect on the control of type 2 diabetes， which is worth clinical promotion.
