小鼠肺癌模型研究进展
[摘要] 肺癌目前是世界范围内发病率和病死率最高的恶性肿瘤，并且肺也是恶性肿瘤最容易发生远处转移的器官之一。加大肺癌的科研力度势在必行，建立合适的肺癌动物模型可为肺癌的发病原因、发病机制、预防策略及临床早期诊断和药物疗效评价等提供研究基础。其中，又因小鼠是科研中最常使用的实验动物，故本文旨在介绍目前最常用的各种小鼠肺癌模型，如化学诱导小鼠模型、转基因小鼠肺癌模型、异位移植小鼠模型、原位移植小鼠模型及小鼠肺转移模型等构建方法，以及其在科研领域中的应用。分析表明，小鼠肺癌模型不仅需要多学科的交叉渗透以拓展其研究宽度，而且也需要将各种现有模型进行更灵活的运用和更深入的探索，这样才能有所突破。

[Abstract] Currently， lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors， and it has the highest morbidity and mortality rate all over the world. Besides， lung is also the most prone to distal metastasis organs among a variety of malignant tumors. In this case， it is critical to put more effort in lung cancer research. Aproper animal lung cancer model provides research foundation on etiology， pathogenesis， prevention strategies， the early clinical diagnosis and efficacy evaluation research. Because mice are the most commonly used experimental animals in research， this paper introduced different methods and applications of mouse lung cancer models， such as chemical inducing model， transgenic mouse model， xenograft tumor model， orthotopic tumor model，and tumor metastatic model. According to previous reports， multidisciplinary research， versatility and in-depth exploration should be the focus to achieve breakthroughs in mouse lung cancer models.
