湖北省甘薯产业发展现状与建议
摘要：甘薯[Ipomoea batatas（L.）lam.]是湖北省主要的杂粮作物，在部分地区已成为主要的粮食和经济作物。湖北省甘薯近年来生产加工都发展较快，但目前仍存在对其地位认识不清、科研投入不足、技术推广乏力等诸多限制因素；为了促进湖北省甘薯产业的健康持续发展，应进一步改变观念，强化科技支撑，建立产业服务体系，建设区域产业园区。

Situation and Advices for the Development of Sweet Potato Industry
in Hubei Province

Abstract： Sweet potato is an important fed crops and has become one of the main food crops and cash crops in some area in Hubei province. In recent years， the production and processing of sweet potato has been developing very fast in Hubei and some limiting factors such as misunderstanding of the importance of sweet potato， shortage of research and development input， weakness of technology extension are oblious. Advices for promoting the development of sweet potato industry were proposed. Changing concept of this crop， strengthening the scientific and technological support， establishing industrial service system and constructing regional industrial parks for this crop are important.
