贵州省全球基金结核病项目流动人口防治实施效果评价
[摘要] 目的 分析贵州省全球基金流动人口结核病防治项目患者发现和治疗转归结果，评价项目实施效果。方法 收集项目地区2009年第4季度”2013年第2季度全球基金流动人口结核病项目季度报表、'中国疾病预防控制分布式应用系统”结核病管理信息系统“中记录的除项目地区外的86个县（市、区）登记的流动人口肺结核患者信息进行汇总分析。结果 2个项目县项目执行期间共登记702例活动性肺结核患者，登记率18/10万，其中262例为涂阳肺结核患者，登记率6.7/10万。同期全省除项目地区外的86个县共登记2716例活动性肺结核患者，登记率1.8/10万，其中889例为涂阳肺结核患者，登记率0.6/10万。经统计，项目地区活动性肺结核患者和涂阳肺结核患者登记情况显著高于非项目地区；同时项目地区患者治疗成功显著高于非项目地区，未登记转归信息的情况显著低于非项目地区。结论 贵州省全球基金流动人口结核病防治项目取得了较好的防治效果，提高了患者的发现水平及治疗成功水平。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation of Guizhou migrant population prevention in global fund tuberculosis. Methods Global fund migrant population tuberculosis project reports from the fourth quarter of 2009 to the second quarter of 2013， and 'China disease prevention and control distributed application system - tuberculosis management system“ in the project area were collected and analyzed.
