温针灸结合中药治疗脾肾阳虚型高脂血症临床疗效研究
【摘要】 目的：分析温针灸结合中药治疗脾肾阳虚型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年6月-2017年10月本院收治的脾肾阳虚型高脂血症患者72例，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，各36例。观察组采用温针灸结合中药治疗，对照组采用常规西药调脂药治疗。治疗8周后观察两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血脂指标以及疗效、安全性。结果：治疗后，观察组总积分、主症积分、次症积分均低于治疗前及对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组降脂疗效比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；两组治疗前后AST、Scr比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后对照组肝功能轻度异常1例，其余未见肝肾功能异常病例，比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：温针灸结合中药治疗脾肾阳虚型高脂血症疗效确切、安全性高，具有一定的临床推广价值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on hyperlipidemia with deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Yang.Method：A total of 72 cases of hyperlipidemia with deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Yang in our hospital were selected.According to the method of random number table，they were divided into observation group and control group，36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine，and control group was treated with conventional western medicine.After treatment 8 weeks，the scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome and blood lipids before and after treatment，efficacy and safety of two groups were observed.Result：After treatment，the total score，main symptom score and secondary symptom score in observation group were lower than those of before treatment and control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，compared the lipid lowering effect of two groups，the difference w...
