布拉氏酵母菌联合三联疗法根除儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效研究

[摘要] 目的 分析布拉氏酵母菌联合标准三联疗法根除儿童幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的有效性和安全性。 方法 采用随机对照临床实验设计，选择经内镜、快速尿素酶实验和13C呼气试验证实有Hp感染的116例患儿，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组予三联疗法，实验组在三联疗法的基础上加用布拉氏酵母菌散口服（250 mg/d，bid），疗程均为10 d，治疗结束后间隔4周行13C尿素呼气试验，评估根除疗效。 结果 实验组Hp根除率89.66%；对照组根除率74.14%，实验组的Hp根除率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组不良反应发生率为5.17%，低于对照组的17.24%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 布拉氏酵母菌联合标准三联疗法可提高Hp根除率，安全性较高。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of saccharomyces boulardii combined with standard triple therapy on eradication of pediatric Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out. 116 pediatric patients were tested to be infected with Hp by endoscopy， rapid urase test and 13C breath test， and they were randomly assigned to experiment group and control group. The experiment group was orally given saccharomyces boulardii sachets （500 mg/d， bid） on the basis of triple therapy， and the control group was given triple therapy alone. The total course of treatment was 10 days for both groups. 13C breath test was carried out 4 weeks after the treatment， and eradicating effect was evaluated.
