叶柏教授用四逆散加减治疗胆胃同病临证经验
【摘 要】 结合中医基础理论与现代药理研究，探析叶柏教授运用四逆散加减治疗胆胃同病的经验，并略附医案一则以阐医理。叶柏教授认为胆胃同病的病理基础在于气滞，可贯穿于疾病全过程，治疗以疏通、和降为原则，分清胆胃主次，在四逆散基础上随症加减，并注重日常调护，辨证准确，临床疗效显著。

Analysis on Experience of Professor Ye Baiin Treatment of Diseases Involving Gallbladder and Stomach with Sini Powder

Abstract：Based on the basic theory of Chinese medicine and research of modern pharmacology，explore the theoretical basis of TCM doctor Yebai’s experience by using Sini Powder in treatment of diseases involving gallbladder and stomach，and illustrate it with the clinical practice. Professor Ye Bai believes that the pathological basis of the disease is qi stagnation.，it can run through the whole process of the disease. The principle of treatment is dredging and descending， distinguish between gallbladder and stomach， adding or reducing traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of Sini Powder and paying attention to daily care. Dialectical is accurate so the clinical efficacy is significant.
