高速旋转部件非接触感应电能传输装置设计

摘 要: 为满足航空发动机转子动态参数非接触光电数据采集系统的供电需求,设计了一种适合高速旋转部件应用的非接触感应电能传输装置。简要陈述非接触感应电能传输技术的基本原理,充分考量高速旋转应用场合及光电数据传输电路的特点,提出采用螺旋线PCB板加柔性软磁片作为松耦合变压器的解决方案,给出具体的原副边电路及补偿参数设计方法,经实验验证该方案实现了7 V/3 A的稳定输出。

Design of contactless inductive power transfer device for high⁃speed rotating parts

Abstract: To meet the power supply demand of the contactless photoelectric data acquisition system for the aero engine rotor dynamic parameters, a contactless inductive power transfer device for high⁃speed rotating parts was designed. The basic principle of the contactless inductive power transfer technology is stated briefly. Considering the characteristics of high⁃speed rotation application occasions and the photoelectric data transmission circuit, a solution of using spiral line PCB plate and flexible soft magnetic sheet as the loose coupling transformer is proposed. The design method of primary and secondary circuits, and compensation parameter are given. The experimental results verify this scheme can realize the stable output of 7 V/3 A.
