中西医结合治疗心血管疾病并焦虑症的临床疗效研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨心血管疾病并焦虑症采取中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法 88例心血管疾病并焦虑症患者， 按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组， 各44例。对照组单用西医药物进行治疗， 观察组采取中西醫结合方法进行治疗。对两组临床治疗效果进行对比评价。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.45%， 明显高于对照组的72.73%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前两组焦虑症状评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组焦虑症状评分明显低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 心血管疾病并焦虑症采取中西医结合方法进行治疗效果显著， 能够改善患者的焦虑症状， 提高患者的生活质量， 值得在临床治疗工作中推广及使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease and anxiety. Methods A total of 88 patients with cardiovascular disease and anxiety were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group， with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine only， and the observation group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
