钢铁冶金虚拟仿真系统在黑色冶金技术高技能人才培养中的应用
摘 要 在培养从事钢铁冶金生产的技术技能型专门人才过程中，由于钢铁冶金行业的高危险性和高成本，冶炼操作技能训练未能真正落到实处，不利于培养学生的实践能力。因此，要将钢铁冶金虚拟仿真系统应用于本专业课程教学环节，对应钢铁冶金生产过程中各核心岗位群合理设置虚拟仿真实训项目，对于钢铁冶金人才岗位操作能力的培养尤其重要。

Abstract In the process of cultivating technical professionals engaged
in the production of iron and steel metallurgy， due to the high risk and
high cost of steel metallurgy industry， the training of smelting opera-
tion skills has not really come to fruition， and the status quo is not conducive to cultivating students’ practical ability. For this reason， we apply the virtual simulation system of steel metallurgy to the tea-
ching link of the major courses. Given the core posts in the process of production of steel metallurgy， it is particularly important for the development of talents’ operation skills in steel metallurgy field to set up virtual simulation training projects.

1 引言
黑色冶金技術专业培养的是从事钢铁冶金生产一线的操作、管理岗位高技能人才，能很好地完成冶炼操作控制任务。当今的钢铁冶金生产控制已逐步由计算机控制取代经验控制，一键式冶炼及智能化冶炼必将成为必然。因此，黑色冶金技术专业所培养的学生必须能通过人机界面对话，操作计算机完成冶炼生产的操作控制。
但由于钢铁冶金行业的高温、高危和高成本，实习企业都不允许学生动手操作...
