食品中金黄色葡萄球菌的检测分析
[摘要] 目的 对食品中金黄色葡萄菌检测方法中的纸片法进行分析。方法 2013年6月”2014年6月对三类食品分别定量进行纸片法及B-P平板法的金黄色葡萄球菌检测，将各数据进行记录对比分析。结果 纸片法的检测符合良好，纸片检测与B-P平板法检测结果差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），线性相关密切。纸片法检测与B-P平板法检测的结果一致性高。结论 纸片法检测具有易操作，省时省力的优点，可以在针对金黄葡萄球菌的食品快速检测中加以推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective The paper detecting method of aureus in food analysis of. Methods In 2013 June to 2014 June detection of Staphylococcus aureus in three types of foods were quantitatively. Disk diffusion method and B-P plate method， each data record comparison analysis. Results The detection of paper method accord well， no significant difference between the detection results of slip detection and B-P plate method （P>0.05）， linear correlation closely. Test paper method detection and B-P plate method results consistency. Conclusion Disc assay is easy to operate， time-saving advantages， can be extended and applied in the rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus in food for.
