重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧舱治疗的护理效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤患者高压氧舱治疗的护理方法及效果。方法 方便选取该院2012年3月”2014年8月重型颅脑损伤患者92例，两组患者均采取高压氧舱治疗，将其随机分为对照组（46例）和观察组（46例），其中对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上采取综合护理，比较两组患者的不良反应发生率、护理满意率以及治疗前后的GCS评分。结果 治疗和护理前两组患者的GCS评分对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组患者治疗和护理后，其GCS评分为（12.28±2.86）分，而且护理满意率以及不良反应发生率分别为97.83%和4.35%，数据均优于对照组患者（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。 结论 高压氧舱治疗结合相应的综合性护理应用于重型颅脑损伤患者能够改善其昏迷症状，而且可降低不良反应发生率，提高护理满意率。
