通信工程施工管理优化研究
摘要：目前，企业生产管理体系已成为项目质量管理的核心。作为施工企业正在逐步的走向标准化，而且已经开始广泛的使用项目经理责任制。尤其是在施工企业当中的项目质量管理已经变得越来越重要了。其质量的好坏直接影响着我们国家的今后发展以及一个企业的繁荣。所以，对项目的质量进行控制已成为确保项目质量的主要手段。

Abstract： At present， enterprise production management system has become the core of project quality management. As a construction enterprise is gradually moving towards standardization， and it begins to widely use the project manager responsibility system.Especially in construction enterprises， project quality management has become more and more important. Its quality directly affects the future development of our country and the prosperity of an enterprise. Therefore， the quality control of the project has become the main means to ensure the quality of the project.
