关于血凝组合项目离心要求的探讨
【摘要】目的探讨血凝组合项目的离心速度、时间问题。方法查阅《全国临床检验操作规程》、《临床检验操作技术系列丛书》、《血液学检验》及Sysmex DaDeBehring试剂盒操作说明书，对比PT、APTT、TT之间不同的离心要求。结果发现在检测PT、APTT、TT时各项的检测原理、所用方法一致而相同离心速度、时间有差异。结论血凝项目PT、APTT、TT的检测在操作规程中的离心速度和时间的要求并不是完全一致的，存在不同程度的差异，需要建立一个权威、经得起实践检验的统一标准。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the combination of the project centrifugal blood clotting speed,time.MethodsAnalyzing the centrifuge time and rate about PT，APTT，TT through checking up three books and the Sysmex DaDeBehring kit operating instructions,comparing the differences between PT，APTT，TT，centrifugal requirements.ResultsPT，APTT，TT,when the detection of the detection principle,the methods used were consistent,the same centrifugation speed and time were different.ConclusionPT，APTT，TT hemagglutination test project in the operational procedures of centrifugation speed and time requirements are not entirely consistent, there are different degrees of difference,the need to establish an authoritative,unified standard can stand the test of practice.

临床的血栓与止血项目的检验随着近年来大量新技术、新设备、新方法的引进不断更新发展。从检测手段、技术、检验流程、速度方面都有了很大的提高，血凝检测逐渐成为了临床医生诊断治疗有力的检验依据，因此，其检测结果的准确性、科学性也就更加重要。
