烤烟叶对鲫鱼的毒性研究
摘要 采用静态生物毒性试验方法研究废弃烤烟叶对鲫鱼的急性毒性，为养殖户提供一个参考的使用浓度。结果表明，水温20 ℃时，采用浸泡法的烤烟叶对148 g鲫鱼的96 h LC50为132.71 g/m3，安全浓度为13.3 g/m3；用挂袋法的烤烟叶对148 g鲫鱼的96 h LC50为118.84 g/m3，安全浓度为11.9 g/m3，对25.3 g鲫鱼的96 h LC50为104.23 g/m3，安全浓度为10.4 g/m3。

Abstract The static biotoxicity test method was applied to research acute toxicity to Carassius auratus of waste flue cured tobacco in order to provide a reference concentration for farmers.The results showed that when the water temperature was 20 ℃，the 96 h LC50 of flue cured tobacco by soaking method on 148 g Carassius auratus was 132.71 g/m3，the safe concentration was 13.3 g/m3.The 96 h LC50 of flue cured tobacco by hang bag method on 148 g Carassius auratus was 118.84 g/m3，safe concentration was 11.9 g/m3，the 96 h LC50 on 25.3 g Carassius auratus was 104.23 g/m3，and the safe concentration was 10.4 g/m3.
