慢性心力衰竭68例临床分析
【摘要】 目的：探讨老年慢性心力衰竭的诱因、临床特点，以提高疾病的诊断和治疗水平。方法：对笔者所在医院收治的68例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果：在68例慢性心衰患者中，治疗过程中均应用利尿剂、ACEI或ARB类药物45例（66.2%），β受体阻滞剂33例（48.5%）。所选病例经积极合理的治疗与护理，其中63例病情好转，心功能改善，生活质量提高，其中显效44例（64.7%），有效19例（27.9%），总有效率为92.6%；无效4例（5.9%），死亡1例（1.5%）。结论：老年慢性心力衰竭患者症状多样和不典型，诊断和治疗比较棘手。工作中加强对老年心衰特点的认识，早发现、早诊断，做到临床指南和个体化治疗相结合，能够降低老年慢性心衰患者的病死率，提高生存质量，改善预后。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the causes and clinical characteristics of chronic heart failure in elderly patients，in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of disease.Method：The clinical data of 68 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Result：In 68 patients with chronic heart failure，there were 45 patients（66.2%） with diuretic，ACEI or ARB，and 33 cases（48.5%） with β-blocker.The selected cases were treated with active and reasonable treatment.63 patients were improved，the improvement of heart function and quality of life improved，44 cases（64.7%） were markedly effective，19 cases（27.9%） were valid，the total effective rate was 92.6%，4 cases（5.9%） were invalid，1 case（1.5%） died.Conclusion：The symptoms of elderly patients with chronic heart failure are varied and atypical，and the diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure is more di...
