超声引导椎旁联合低浓度骶管阻滞在泌尿系结石腔道手术中的效果分析
【摘要】 目的：探讨超声引导椎旁联合低浓度骶管阻滞在泌尿系结石腔道手术中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年6-12月本院收治的确诊为泌尿系结石并行泌尿系腔道手术患者60例，按照随机数字表法将其分为联合组与椎旁组，各30例。联合组采用椎旁阻滞联合骶管阻滞，椎旁组采用椎旁阻滞。观察两组麻醉起效时间、麻醉持续时间、术后疼痛程度（VAS评分），统计两组麻醉相关并发症发生情况、患者及术者满意度评分情况。结果：联合组术后2、4、8、12 h的VAS评分均明显低于椎旁组（P<0.05）；两组术后24、48 h的VAS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；联合组患者及术者满意度评分均明显优于椎旁组（P<0.05）；联合组并发症总发生率为16.67%，明显低于椎旁组的46.67%（P<0.05）。结论：超声引导椎旁联合低浓度骶管阻滞麻醉效果良好，并发症少，是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of ultrasound guided paravertebral combined with low concentration sacral block in urinary calculus cavity surgery.Method：A total of 60 patients diagnosed as urinary calculi and urological cavity surgery in our hospital from June to December 2016 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into the combination group and the paravertebral group，30 cases in each group.The combination group was given paravertebral block combined with sacral block and paravertebral group was given paravertebral block.The onset time of anesthesia，duration of anesthesia and postoperative pain（VAS score） of two groups were observed，and occurrence of anesthesia-related complications，patient satisfaction and surgeon satisfaction were recorded.Result：After operation 2，4，8 and 12 h，the VAS score of combination group were significantly lower than those of paravertebral group（P<0.05），after operation 24 and 48 h，
