浅谈基础医学教学与临床实际的结合

摘 要：随着现今社会对高等医学院校培养的人才所具备的常规病症的实际诊断能力、对严重和手术操作能力越来越看中，为增强基础医学的临床医疗服务性能，应在教学过程中充分结合临床实际。针对目前基础教学存在过多的理论教学和缺乏实际临床实践的现象，应在教学过程中加强临床知识和技能的培养，注重学生的实践操作，增加时间经验，成立双向教学体系，来实现理论知识结合实践操作来掌握基础技能。

Abstract： As the actual diagnosis of general diseases and the ability of surgical operation of serious diseases， which the talents who are cultivated in the medical colleges and universities should possess， are paid more and more attention， clinical practice should be combined with the teaching process to enhance the performance of clinical medical service of basic medicine. Aiming at the phenomenon that there in too much theory teaching existed and the lack of the actual clinical practice in the basic teaching， the cultivation of clinical knowledge and skills should be strengthened in the teaching process； the students" practical operation should be attached importance； the time experience should be increased； two-way teaching system should be set up to realize the combination of theoretical knowledge in practice to master the basic skills.
