连续流动法测定烟草中氨含量的改进方法
摘 要:为了实现烟草中氨含量的快速检测,采用二氯异氰脲酸钠代替行业标准方法中使用的次氯酸钠,建立了一种新的烟草中氨含量的连续流动测定法。实验结果表明,该法重复测定的变异系数小于3%,回收率98.83%~101.97%,具有较好的重现性和准确性。t检测结果表明本法与行业标准法测试结果之间不存在显著性差异。

Improvement of Continuous Flow Analyzer Method for Determination of Ammonia in Tobacco

Abstract: In order to quickly determinate ammonia content in tobacco, we used dichloroisocyanuric acid sodium salt to replace sodium hypochlorite in continuous flow analyzer method for tobacco ammonia determination, which is an industrial standard method. The results showed the method had good reproducibility and accuracy, the variation coefficient was less than 3% and the recovery ratio was 98.83%-101.97%. There was not significant difference between our method and industry standard method.

氨是烟草中天然存在的成分,对卷烟的感官质量有较大的影响。烟气中氨含量过低,会造成烟气劲头下降,丰满度不够,过量的氨会产生强烈的刺激性,使人鼻腔、喉部有辛辣、刺激感[1]。氨及其化合物也可用生产烟草薄片的加工助剂和增香剂或香料前体,在烟草加工和燃吸过程中,这些含氨化合物能与糖类等含氧物质起反应,形成香味化合物[2]。因此,准确测量烟草中的氨对控制卷烟质量有重要意义。目前,氨的测定方法很多,有酸碱滴定法[3],氨气敏电极法[4],离子色谱法[5-7]、气相色谱法[8],但这些方法均存在过程繁琐、检测周期长或线性范围窄等其他缺点。连续流动分...
