水果采摘装置的现状及发展趋势
摘 要：随着时代的发展，人们对水果的需求量也在逐步增加，但水果采摘难、采摘成本高严重制约了果园种植业的长远发展。文章阐述了水果采摘中存在的难点，介绍了水果采摘装置类型特点及发展现状，分析了目前市场上水果采摘装置存在的不足，提出了水果采摘装置的发展趋势，希望为研发和推广水果采摘装置提供参考。

Abstract： With the advancement of the society， the demand for fruit is also gradually increasing， but the difficulty of fruit picking and the high cost of picking seriously restrict the long-term development of orchard planting industry. This paper expounds the difficulties existing in fruit picking， introduces the types， characteristics and development status of fruit picking devices， analyzes the shortcomings of fruit picking devices on the market at present， and puts forward the development trend of fruit picking devices. It is hoped to provide a reference for the development and promotion of fruit picking devices.

随着时代的发展，科技的进步，人们的生活质量不断提高，对水果的需求量也在逐步增加。水果种植面积的不断扩大，农业从业者逐步减少及人口老龄化趋势的加剧，人力采摘已不能满足水果成熟期集中、快速采摘的过程。此外，传统的人力采摘方式存在采摘效率低、劳动强度大、高空采摘难度大、安全隐患高的缺点。研究表明，在整个水果种植生产过程中，采摘果实所耗费的劳动力占耗费劳动力总体的35%～45%[1]，劳动力缺口大、采摘周期短、采摘成本高等问题，严重制约了果园种植业的长远发展。为了节约人力物力，提高果农的经济收入，果园种植业的机械化成为发展的必然趋势。
目前，根据采摘原理不同，水果采摘装置可分为两大类：一类是机械式采摘装置;另一类是机器人采摘装置。
