新形势下创新成人教育模式的建构路径
摘 要 成人教育在理念上要创新，功能定位上要准确，建立真正符合社会需要的人才培养机制，而培养机制的核心就在于教学模式的创新与构建。本文认为，以满足学生的个性化教育需求为出发点，根据市场经济中不同职业需求对传统教学模式进行创新，构建以人为本的教学模式是今后继续教育在人才培养机制方面改革的主要方向。

Abstract Adult education in philosophy to be innovative， functional positioning to accurately establish the personnel training system truly meet the needs of the community， and training mechanism lies in the core of innovation and build teaching mode. This paper argues that， in order to meet the student"s individual educational needs as the starting point， based on the needs of the market economy in different occupations innovation to the traditional teaching model， to build a people-centered teaching mode is the main direction of continuing education in the training of personnel system reform in the future.

1 新形势下成人教育教学模式的特征
1.1 普遍性与特殊性的显著特征
各类教学模式在教育实践中遵循统一的理念，目标，原则，但在某一层次和环节上，又要有自己的独特方法和形式，特别是建立教育模式的计划、策略、体系、构成、样式等多种依据，具有适合自己的行之有效的特殊性。
1.2 规范性与创新性的共同追求
教学模式，能指导教学活动科学、适用、明确良性运行，确保各种教学手段、教学资源以科学的配比，实现在恰当的教学环节功效最大化，同时，教育理念、专业特点、人们的认知能力、知识传输方式变化等诸多因素会使教学模式向着以人为本、适时创新的方向实现可持续协调科学发展。马克思主义认为，人既是手段，又是目的，人...
