充气压力泵在预防脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用
摘要：目的 观察使用间歇充气压力泵对脑卒中患者预防下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的疗效及护理要点。方法 将本院2011年1月～2014年6月收治的80脑卒中患者分为试验组（40例）和对照组（40例），试验组患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上，加用全下肢间歇式充气压力泵。结果 试验组出现1例下肢深静脉血栓，发生率为2.5%，对照组出现6例下肢深静脉血栓，发生率为15.0%，经χ2检验，试验组和对照组在深静脉血栓的预防上差异具有显著性（P<0.01）。结论 对脑卒中患者使用周期性充气压力泵，可有效预防和减少下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生。

Inflation Pressure Pump Application in the Prevention of Cerebral Apoplexy Patients of Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis

Abstract：Objective To observe the use of intermittent pneumatic pressure pump for patients with stroke prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis （DVT） the curative effect and nursing points. Methods The hospital in 2011 January ～ 2014 June admitted 80 stroke patients were divided into test group （40 cases） and control group （4O cases）， the patients in the conventional therapy and nursing， combined with the whole lower extremity intermittent pneumatic pressure pump. Results 1 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis occurred in experimental group， the incidence rate was 2.5%， the control group had 6 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis， the incidence rate was 15.0%， by x2 test， the test group and the control group， the difference was significant in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis （P < 0.01） on.
