乳腺纤维腺瘤手术方式对患者心理影响的比较

【摘要】 目的：比较传统切开手术与麦默通微创手术对乳腺纤维腺瘤患者心理的影响。方法：选取2010年1月-2015年10月于本院手术病理诊断乳腺纤维腺瘤患者1177例作为研究对象，根据手术类型分为传统手术组603例和微创手术组574例，所有患者均给予常规心理干预，微创手术组在常规心理干预同时给予微创手术视频观看。比较两组患者手术前后焦虑抑郁情况、术前了解、术中疼痛与恐惧及术后伤口满意度。结果：手术后，微创手术组SAS和SDS评分均低于传统手术组，术前手术了解、术中疼痛与恐惧及术后伤口满意度均优于传统手术组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：麦默通微创手术能减轻乳腺纤维腺瘤患者术前焦虑及抑郁的情绪，提高患者对手术满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the pychological effects in patients with breast fibroadenoma undergoing different operation types.Method：From January 2010 to October 2015，1177 patients with breast fibroadenoma in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the traditional operation group of 603 cases and the minimally invasive surgery group of 574 cases according to the type of operation，all patients were given the conventional psychological intervention，and the minimally invasive surgery group was given minimally invasive surgery video viewing at the same time.Before and after the operation of anxiety and depression，preoperative understanding，intraoperative pain，fear and postoperative wound satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result：After surgery，SAS and SDS scores of the minimally invasive surgery group were lower than those of the traditional surgery group，preoperative understanding，intraoperative pain，fear and postoperative wound satisfacti...
