人文护理在护理教育中价值及伦理思考
[摘要] 在现代'生物一心理一社会“医学模式下要加强人文护理教育必须更新护理教育理念，在教学中增加人文课程并渗透人文素质教育，加强护理人文教育师资队伍建设，完善课程考评体系，切实提高人文护理教育水平，提升护理人员人文素质。文章首先探讨了现代医学模式下人文护理教育的内涵及伦理学原则，针对当前我国护理人员的人文素质现状及人文护理教育中存在的主要问题，总结了加强人文护理教育的相关措施，以期为提高人文护理教育水平提供参考。

[Abstract] to strengthen humanity education in nursing must update the concept of nursing education， in the teaching to increase humanities courses and permeation of humanistic quality education， strengthen humanity education in nursing teachers team construction， improve the curriculum evaluation system in the modern biological psychological social medical mode "， and effectively improve the level of Nursing Humanities Education， to enhance the humanistic qualities of the nursing staff. Firstly， we discuss the modern medical mode of Nursing Humanities Education Connotation and ethical principles， aiming at the main problems existing in current nursing staff in China humanities status and Nursing Humanities Education， summarizes the measures of Strengthening Humanity Education in nursing， in order to improve the level of Nursing Humanities Education provide reference.
