手术护理配合干预措施在老年髋关节置换术中的应用效果分析
【摘要】目的 对手术护理配合干预措施在老年髋关节置换术中的应用效果进行观察和分析。
方法 60例拟行髋关节置换术的老年患者，随机分为常规组（C组，30例）和干预组（G组，30例）。C组患者实施常规护理措施，G组实施手术护理配合干预措施。对比两组患者不同护理措施下的临床护理效果和医生对护理的满意度。结果 G组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间明显优于C组，医生对护理的满意度显著高于C组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术护理配合干预措施应用于老年髋关节置换术中，能促进手术顺利进行，降低术中出血量，缩短住院时间，医生对护理的满意度高，可供临床借鉴。

【Abstract】Objective To observe and analyze the effect of operation nursing coordination intervention on the replacement of hip joint in the aged.Methods 60 elderly patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into routine group （group C， 30 cases） and intervention group （group G， 30 cases）.The patients in group C implemented routine nursing measures， and group G implemented operation nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect of two groups of patients under different nursing measures and the satisfaction of doctors to nursing were compared.Results The operative time， intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in group G were significantly better than those in group C， and the satisfaction degree of doctors to nursing was significantly higher than that in group C （P<0.05）.Conclusion Application of operative nursing intervention in elderly hip replacement can promote smooth operation， reduce blood loss and shorten hospitalization time. The satisfaction degree of doctors is high， which can be used for clinical reference.
