金融创新语境下金融法教学反思
摘 要 要想培养出适应金融创新市场发展的合格法律服务人才，就应从金融创新语境下金融法律人才的需求分析入手，探索金融法律教学创新的改革，建立一个以培养学生法学通识和完整的知识结构为基础，以增强学生的金融法律应用能力为途径，以实现学生的自我管理和学习能力并提升其法律职业操守和社会情怀为最终目标，将金融法律最新实践引进课堂，促进教学与实践的有效结合的教学体系。

Teaching Reflection of Financial Law under
the Context of Financial Innovation

Abstract To train a qualified legal services personnel to adapt to the market development of financial innovation， we should demand the context of financial innovation financial analysis of legal talent to start， explore innovative teaching reform of financial laws， establish a knowledge of law students complete general education and structure， based on the student"s financial laws to enhance application capabilities as the way to achieve the student"s self-management and ability to learn and improve their legal ethics and social feelings as the ultimate goal， the latest financial law practice introduced into the classroom， to promote the teaching and practice of effective integration of the teaching system.

1 对金融法律教学现状的分析
