对高校档案信息化建设的思考与探讨
摘 要 高校档案信息化建设是目前高校档案管理工作发展的必然趋势，也是档案管理工作的重要环节，不仅有利于提高管理效率，在一定程度上节省人力和财力，而且能够促进高校整体工作系统的信息化。但是，目前高校档案信息化建设在技术层面、人员素质层面等存在不足，为保证信息化建设的顺利进行，一定要制定有效的推进档案信息化建设的策略。

Abstract The construction of archives informatization in Colleges and universities is the inevitable trend of the development of archives management in Colleges and universities. It is also an important part of archives management. It is not only conducive to improving management efficiency， saving manpower and financial resources to a certain extent， but also can promote the informatization of the overall work system in Colleges and universities. However， there are some shortcomings in the construction of archives informatization in Colleges and universities at the technical level and personnel quality level. In order to ensure the smooth progress of information construction， we must formulate effective strategies to promote the construction of archives informatization.

高校档案信息化，是以先进的信息技术、计算机和网络为手段，以高校档案中的文字、图像、录音等资源为对象，将高校档案的储存形式、采用的管理方法和形式，以及传递途径等，变成一种更易于保存、管理和传递形式。简单来说，高校档案信息化就是让高校传统的档案管理过程信息化。在信息时代高速发展的今天，大数据、云计算已经成为一种科技发展的趋势，高校档案管理实现信息化，有利于档案信息资源的整合、管理和开发，更有利于实现档案资源的共享和充分利用。高校档案信息化建设需要一个较长的过程，不仅需要先进的信息技术的支撑，信息资源的大力开发和利用，而且也需要信息服务的不断发展，这些都是高校档案信息化...
