CBL教学法在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用
摘 要 随着医学教育模式的转变,引发了医学人才培养观念的改变,医学教育改革已成为一个全球性的问题。探讨适应现代医学教育需要的教学方法,即注重基础理论与临床实践相结合,以医学生临床能力培养为主线。1969年,美国神经病学教授Barrows在加拿大的麦克马斯特大学医学院首创'以案例为基础的学习(Case-Based learning,CBL)“,将案例教学法首次引入医学教学领域,且已在国内外医学院校较普遍实施并取得良好的效果,①目前我教研室也把此教学方法应用于临床见习教学中。

Application of CBL Teaching Methods in the Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinical Clerkships
Abstract With the changes in the pattern of medical education, led to the changing perceptions of medical personnel training, medical education reform has become a global problem. Explore teaching methods to adapt to the needs of modern medical education, that focus on the basic theory and clinical practice, medical students" clinical training as the main line. In 1969, the American Academy of Neurology Professor Barrows pioneered in Canada"s McMaster University School of Medicine, "Case-based learning (Case-Based learning CBL), the case teaching method was first introduced in the field of medical teaching, and has been in domestic and foreign medical schools was more prevalent implemented and achieved good results, also apply this teaching method in clinical practice teaching.
