TBL教学模式在医学机能综合实验学教学中的应用与探讨

摘要：基于团队的学习（Team- Based Learning，TBL）是最近应用于医学人才培养中的一种教学方法，因其能培养医学上的团队合作精神，充分的调动学生学习自主性、提高课堂学习效率，而逐渐被应用到医学相关专业学科的教学中，收到了良好的效果.本研究尝试将TBL教学法应用于机能综合实验教学中.通过问卷调查反馈学生的各项能力均有提高，在医学实验课程中开展TBL教学，有利于提高医学人才的综合培养质量。

Abstract：Team-Based Learning（Team-Based Learning，TBL）is the latest application of a kind of teaching method in medical personnel training， because it can cultivate the medical team spirit，fully mobilize students"learning autonomy，improve classroom learning efficiency，and is gradually applied to medical related professional teaching，received good results.This paper attempts to introduce the application of TBL teaching method in functional comprehensive experiment teaching.Through the questionnaire survey feedback students have improved the ability to carry out TBL teaching in medical experiments，is conducive to improving the comprehensive quality of medical personnel training.
