探讨某三级医院妇科急症的诊治特点
【摘要】 目的 探讨中山大学附属第三医院妇科急症的收治特点,不断提高妇科急症的诊治能力。方法 对2003年1月至2008年8月本院收治的1554例妇科急症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 妇科急症疾病构成共6大类疾病,包括腹腔内出血性疾病、宫内妊娠相关疾病、妇科肿瘤并发症、感染性疾病、内分泌疾病及生殖道损伤性疾病,其中腹腔内出血性疾病960例(占61.77%)。入院诊断与出院诊断符合率为98.01%,手术前后诊断符合率99.21%。本组手术治疗1070例(占总病例68.85%),其中急诊手术831例(占总手术77.66%),包括急诊剖腹探查手术655例(占急诊手术78.82%)。结论 本院妇科急诊收治病例种类多,本组病例诊断符合率高,但仍需不断分析总结误诊原因和治疗方案,更好地提高诊治水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the features of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological emergency cases,improve the ability of the gynecological emergency treatment. Methods Retrospective analysis was utilized to analyze the clinical materials of 1554 gynecological emergency cases in the 3th Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University from January 2003 to September 2008.
