Seminar学习模式在血管外科见习教学中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探究Seminar学习模式在血管外科见习教学中的应用价值。方法 选择在该院血液外科见习的2013级学生40名,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,分别实行Seminar学习模式和传统学习模式,比较两组见习生的最终理论称、实践操作能力以及相应的综合能力。 结果 实验组学生的理论成绩显著高于对照组学生的成绩(P<0.05),实践操作能力显著高于对照组成绩(P<0.05);实验组见习生的问卷调查的各项评价得分以及总分均显著高于对照组成绩(P<0.05)。 结论 Seminar学习模式比传统的教学方法更适合用于血管外科见习教学中,其能够显著提高见习生的理论基础知识和临床实践操作的能力,效果显著,同时能够提高学生的综合分析能力,团队精神以及交流沟通等能力,在临床教学中值得广泛应用。
