不同的静脉穿刺方法在机能学实验教学中的应用对比
[摘要] 医学机能学实验中，多数实验需静脉穿刺给药，穿刺操作成功与否是实验成败之关键所在；且不同实验要求或不同的实验动物，静脉穿刺技术及静脉穿刺器材又有所别。该文旨在将历年实验室采用的传统家兔耳缘静脉穿刺给药法，静脉留置针行兔耳缘静脉注射给药法，豚鼠头臂静脉穿刺给药法以及鼠尾静脉穿刺给药法的技术方法、操作关键要领及异同进行归纳总结对比，大大地提高了静脉穿刺及实验操作成功率。

Comparison of Application of Different Venipuncture Methods In the Experimental Teaching of Functional Science

[Abstract] In the experimental teaching of functional science， venous puncture administration was needed in many tests. Therefore， whether the puncture is successful or not is crucial to the result in any experiment. On a diversity of experiments or different kinds of animals， different venipuncture methods and apparatuses vary accordingly. The paper compares these four different methods， namely， the traditional intravenous infusion of the medicine on the back ear edge vein on rabbit； using the venous indwelling needle to intravenous infusion of the medicine on the back ear edge vein on rabbit； intravenous infusion of the medicine on the arms of Guinea pig and intravenous infusion of the medicine on the tail of Guinea pig， thus greatly improving the intravenous puncture and successful rate of experimental operation.
