马铃薯早疫病拮抗菌及其抑菌作用研究

摘要:为了利用拮抗细菌防治马铃薯早疫病,通过平板对峙试验,筛选出对茄链格孢菌有显著抑制作用的细菌,即解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)D1、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas maltophilia)he41、解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)hd213。生长速率法,检测该三株菌单菌发酵、混菌发酵对茄链格孢菌的抑制作用。结果表明:he41、D1与hd213单菌发酵均对马铃薯早疫病有较强的抑制作用,且抑菌效果随发酵液浓度的增大而增强,在发酵液浓度为4%时,其抑菌率分别为6859%、6212%和7387%;与单菌株发酵相比,该三株菌混菌发酵无增效作用。菌株he41、D1与hd213对马铃薯早疫病具有较大的生物防治潜力。

A Study on Antagonistic Strains for Potato Early Blight and Their Antimicrobial Activity

Abstract: In order to use antagonistic bacteria to prevent and control potato early blight, the bacteria viz. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens D1、Stenotrophomonas maltophilia he41 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens hd213 were selected via flat plate pair method. They showed significant inhibition effects on Altenaria solani. The inhibition effects of the broths from single strain fermentation and mixed strains fermentation of the bacteria strains on A. solani were tested via growth rate method.
