玻璃纤维桩与金属桩在口腔残根修复中的对比观察

[摘要] 目的 分析比较玻璃纤维桩和金属桩在口腔残根修复中的应用效果。 方法 筛选2018年1～10月口腔残根修复治疗的患者88例，随机分为对照组（患者44例，患牙50颗）和实验组（患者44例，患牙54颗）。对照组患者采用金属桩，实验组采用玻璃纤维桩，比较两组的修复成功率及治疗前后的患牙健康指数，并分析导致修复失败的原因。 结果 实验组的修复成功率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;对照组的核桩松动或折断、牙根折断等发生率均显著高于实验组（P<0.05）;治疗前，两组患者的患牙健康指数无显著性差异（P>0.05）;治疗后，实验组均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 采用玻璃纤维桩进行口腔残根修复疗效显著，治疗成功率高，且修复后患牙的健康状态更佳，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and compare the application effects of glass fiber piles and metal piles in the repair of oral residual roots. Methods From January 2018 to October 2018， 88 patients who were given oral residual root restoration were screened and randomly divided into control group（44 patients， 50 teeth）and experimental group（44 patients， 54 teeth）. The control group was given metal piles， and the experimental group was given glass fiber piles.
