城乡统筹发展背景下县域内农村公共体育资源运行机制研究
摘要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，以农村公共体育资源运行机制为研究对象，以城乡统筹发展的基本条件和政策为依据，提出了政府供给为主、体协供给为辅的新型农村体育资源供给模式，分析了新农村公共体育资源运行的机制原理及特点，提出了农村公共体育资源长效运行的机制，以期为促进新农村体育的可持续发展和城乡经济社会的统筹发展提供理论依据。

Operationalmechanism of rural public sports resources in county areas under the background of overall urban-rural development

Abstract：The paper， using literature material and logic analysis methods， taking the operation mechanism of the rural public sports resources as the research subject， and the basic conditions and policy of overall urban and rural development in county as basis， puts forward the mode that the government supply is given priority to it with the help of supply from sports association. It analyzes the mechanism principle and characteristics of the new rural public sports resources operation， proposes the long-term operational mechanism of the rural public sports resources. It gives a theoretical basis for promoting the sustainable development of new rural sports and overall urban and rural development of economy and society.
